This is a tower with four big clocks. This tower is very clean and covered with green grass.This a good example of sculpture art in the town of Bardhaman. Now it’s become Burdwan'a landmark, situated in between new and old birhata bridge at Purba Barddhaman. In the centre of Bardhaman, it's the main thing which can soothe your eyes.

Bardhaman Planning area, as delineated by Burdwan Development Authority (BDA) extends over 157.62 Sq. Km, accommodating about 4.07 lakh population. It is located in the south part of Bardhaman district, 107 Km north-west of Kolkata Metropolitan area (KMA). The Bardhaman Planning Area consists of Bardhaman Municipal Area and its adjoining villages located in five Gram Panchayats under Bardhaman I Panchayat Samity and two Gram Panchayats in Bardhaman II Panchayat Samity.
